Pharma 20
The Pharma 20 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, silent and flexible unit designed for general cleaning and integration with tablet press, capsule machines or other filling machines. Built in full compliance with GMP guidelines, it is an ideal vacuum cleaner for suction of fine dust thanks to the antistatic polyester pocket filter, which guarantees a large filtration surface and high resistance to the passage of dust. The filter is cleaned thanks to an integrated ergonomic manual cleaning system. HEPA filter capable of filtering dust up to 0.18 microns with an efficiency of 99.995% to ensure the purity of the air returned to the work environment.
The unit is available in powder coated or AISI304 stainless steel, satin externally and polished internally to facilitate the smoothness of the material and simplify cleaning operations. It is possible to use disposable filter bags to collect and dispose of the material in total safety. A powerful side channel turbine with vacuum relief valve equipped to protect the engine.
Pharma 40
The Pharma 40 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact unit, silent and flexible, designed for suction of APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) classified up to OEB3. The construction, designed to provide maximum dust filtration and total safety to operators, fully complies with GMP guidelines and all maintenance operations are carried out through systems able to guarantee maximum safety.
An antistatic polyester pocket filter guarantees a large filtration surface and high resistance to the passage of dust. The filter is cleaned thanks to an integrated mechanical cleaning system. The primary filter kit is easily removable and replaceable without using additional tools on site, without the need to go to the technical room.
It is possible to install different levels of absolute HEPA filtration capable of filtering dust up to 0.18 microns with an efficiency of 99.995% (up to 2 places in suction and one in the air outlet) and Bibo system (BagIn-BagOut), which allows you to replace the absolute filter without coming into contact with the aspirated dusts.
