Protect your investment with proper storage. These European made and designed, rugged punch and die storage systems makes storage of tools convenient and efficient.

Our AISI 304 stainless steel cabinets have 15 drawers for punch and die storage. A sliding drawer on telescopic slides is guaranteed to support up to 130 kg per drawer. The cabinets are fitted with a central key locking device that prevents the opening of other drawers while one is open. The top is internally reinforced to avoid damage in case something is placed on it. 

Cabinets can be easily moved with a pump truck or cart from the bottom. Once they are in their final space, the bottom piece is fixed with magnets for a flush to floor finish.

Models Available

Model A15G.2 - 720 mm (28 1/2 inches) wide x  530 mm (21 1/4 inches) deep x 1600 mm tall (63 inches tall)

The A15G.2 has 15 drawers and can hold up to 4 inserts in each drawer for a total of 60 inserts per cabinet. The A15G.2 can hold up to:

i) 64 D punches with 32 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 480 sets of D Tooling

ii) 90 B punches with 45 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 675 sets of B Tooling

iii) 94 BB punches with 47 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 7705 sets of BB Tooling

Model A15G.3 - 1020 mm (40 1/4 inches) wide x  530 mm (21 1/4 inches) deep x 1600 mm tall (63 inches tall)

The A15G.3 has 15 drawers and can hold up to 6 inserts in each drawer for a total of 90 inserts per cabinet. The A15G.3 can hold up to:

i) 96 D punches with 48 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 720 sets of D Tooling

ii) 134 B punches with 67 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 1005 sets of B Tooling 

iii) 140 BB punches with 70 dies/drawer x 15 drawers = 1050 sets of BB Tooling
