Drum Hoop Mixer for 120 L HDPE or Stainless Steel drums

The RP–DHB-200 Drum Hoop Mixer is used for mixing, homogenization and coloring of bulk solids and fluids. The drum hoop mixer can also be used for small volumes of materials and, thanks to its compact design, even finds a place in cramped production halls. The unit is operated with no need for tools. The drum filled with the mixing material serves as the mixing container and sits at an angle on the drum mounting on the drum hoop. When the mixing process is started, the drum hoop rotates onto the roller track and puts the drum into a tumbling motion. The angled drum position and the tumbling motion ensure intense blending of the components. Our GMP version is made out of AISI 304 and 316 Stainless Steel. Fixed 20 RPM or variable speed motor with digital display and timer option. Optional lockable caster wheels for mobility. Includes Material of Construction certificate and IQ/OQ documentation

The 120L GMP Version Stainless Steel Drum with 2 mm thick shell and top lid lock with 3 mm thick bottom. Mirror polished inside and out (≤ 0.4 Ra Micron inside & 0.8 Ra Micron outside) with AISI 316 Stainless Steel. Includes FDA approved silicone gasket and locking pin. Includes Material of Construction certificate. Optional lid include baffle design to enhance mixing process.
