Essingen, Germany—January 2016— J&M Analytik AG, a German manufacturer and pioneer of fiber-optic diodearray spectrometer systems for laboratory and process applications, announced today that it has been acquired by Pharma Test Apparatebau AG, a leader in the field of high-quality testing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry in a mutual agreement. J&M will remain as a distinct company and become a member of the Pharma Test Group.

This new partnership with Pharma Test will enable J&M to better deliver its innovative solutions to customers on a global scale. On the other side J&M will help expand Pharma Test’s options for analytical test systems by bringing in its expertise and technologies to contribute in the new parent company’s ongoing organic growth strategy.
