The dedusting process utilizes vibration, compressed air, and vacuum to remove dust from tablets. The vibartion of the stainless steel tower forces the tablets up the spiral tracks while vibrating off dust. The dust is then blown by compressed air through a central dust collector. Vibration is controlled and adjusted by a Digital Vibration Controller. All surfaces that comes in contact with products are made of stainless steel type 316L and cylinder is made of acrylic. 

Cropharm offers the cost-effective VDS-150 series in 3 different heights as well as the wash-in-place VDS-200 series. Both models also offer intergrated metal detectors for a complete solution.

These units are made in the USA and come with a full warranty, IQ/OQ documentation protocol and on-site support.
