Stainless Steel Pelletizer - PLT

The Pharmag Pelletizer PLT can be used to manucuture pellets very easily. The clockwise rotation of the pelletizer pan with adjustable speed and angle offers optimizable settings to produce the required pellet size. The size of pellets depends on the rotating angle and speed of the pelletiser pan, the amount of liquid added and the type of feed. Once the pan is filled, the pellets will continuously roll over the side wall of the pelletiser into a suitable collector.

The pelletizer is mounted on the Universal Gear UGD which allows the user to adjust a suitable angle for optimum production. The working speed can also be adjusted depending on the process.
