SMART COUNT TABLET COUNTING MACHINE

The Smart Count Tablet Counting Machine is a GMP table top counter ideal for the rapid counting of a variety of tablets, pills and coated capsules. It can fill in plastic bags and bottles to meet different industries needs. Tablets are fed into the charging hopper. The vibrator installed in the machine helps to convey the tablets out. The tablets are introduced further into the discharging chute fitted with a sensor. This optical sensor is to sense the tablets passing and in return, gives an output signal to the counter. The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) shows the desirable number of tablets and gives an output signal to the Magnetic coil. As the solenoid operates, it changes the path to be followed by the tablets and are counted and filled into the containers. All contact parts are made with 316 stainless steel and Non Contact Parts are SS 304.
